Dr. Danice Couch, DDS
Associate Dentist
Dr. Danice Nelsen Couch is a native Texan who, as a child, was transplanted to the northeast. After graduating from high school in Pennsylvania, she returned to the lone star state to attend Baylor University as a chemistry major, and three years later was accepted to the Baylor College of Dentistry. Danice graduated in 1984 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and has been in private practice since that time.
Dr. Couch’s passion for a beautiful smile began when she was 8 years old as the result of a traumatic accident which caused her to need extensive dental work.
Through this experience she developed a deep, personal appreciation for the dental profession, and decided that she too would become a dentist and help people by restoring their smiles. She has not only accomplished her childhood goal, but has also been able to enjoy a fulfilling career in her state-of-the-art practice which offers CAD/CAM, same day crowns, cosmetic dentistry, implants, laser services and orthodontics, all in a comfortable spa environment.
Over the years Dr. Couch has been active in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society and the Academy of G.P. Orthodontics. Danice also serves her community through volunteering for numerous philanthropic organizations and is also involved in Boy Scouts of America, various church organizations and the Miss Texas Scholarship Pageant. Her hobbies include dancing, interior and fashion design, reading, traveling and the theatre. Danice also enjoys spending time with her family and being an involved mother of her three children.
